Infrared Sauna

Infrared Sauna

What to expect
You will experience our infrared sauna blanket treatment in a private room. Infrared waves are able to
penetrate tissue, gently heating the body from within. As opposed to a traditional sauna that heats the
surrounding air. The increase in core body temperature results in a much deeper, more detoxifying sweat
from the cellular level where many toxins are housed. This leads to pain relief, better circulation, and
more effective detoxification at lower temperatures. Incorporate the Far-Infrared sauna into your health
and wellness program to enhance detoxification, recovery, weight loss, pain relief, blood pressure
reduction, and relaxation. To help you maximize the benefits, you will be wrapped in a specially designed
liner and our Egyptian Cotton Bath sheets to make your experience comfortable.
How to prepare
Special attention should be given to hydrating well before and after your session to replenish lost fluid.
We will provide you with a pre and post-session Lime & Cucumber water refreshment to help support
your detox journey. Be sure to consume electrolyte-rich foods post-sauna use, such as coconut water,
cooked spinach, avocado, tomatoes, fish, nuts, and seeds. No need to bring anything additional to your
infrared sauna session although some prefer to bring a bathing suit/bikini. For added detox benefits, let
us know if you want to add the Dry Skin Brush treatment prior to your Sauna.
